About The Position
Milan Laser is looking for a highly skilled resolution and escalation professional with Call Center experience to join our Client Resolution team. Our Client Resolution Specialists work with clients who are requesting refunds on their purchased laser hair removal packages. They act with urgency and a passion to help clients continue their hair free journey. In addition to working directly with clients, they work closely with Milan Clinic Managers and financial companies who provide payment options to our clients. The ideal candidate has excellent client resolution experience and is able to listen and analyze the root cause and concerns of our clients. This is quickly followed by identifying the appropriate solutions. They thrive on getting refund requests saved because this contributes to happier clients and success of Milan.
