About The Position

The Client Relationship Specialist at Inform Diagnostics is responsible for providing direct support to clients within an assigned territory, assisting Client Relationship Managers and Sales Directors. The role involves managing client issues, responding to inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a positive client experience. This position requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in core system applications.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Applied Sciences or Business Administration required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in client services or similar role, or 5 years with an Associate Degree, or 3 years with a Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years' experience working with CRM and IVR telecom systems; experience with LIS preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client issues and respond to client questions.
  • Resolve discrepancies and analyze trends for process improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and organizational business units.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with customer service and core system applications such as CRM, LIS, and IVR.
  • Setup new accounts in applicable systems.
  • Review supply orders based on client usage.
  • Document client interactions and create work tickets.
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to call monitoring standards and SOPs.
  • Provide after-hours coverage when necessary.
  • Use de-escalation techniques as needed.
  • Exude a positive attitude and commitment to patient care.
