About The Position

As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) at Charles Schwab, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience within the local branch. You will work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to support branch operations and client needs, while also having the chance to pursue relevant licensing if desired.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related industry.
  • Licensing in Series 7 and 63/66 (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to become a Notary.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client service.
  • Handle client inquiries and needs with tact and diplomacy.
