About The Position
Fiserv has a Client Relationship Specialist position open within the Card Services organization for the Credit Choice agent banking product. Credit Choice is our fully managed card program enabling clients to deliver a high-touch credit experience showcasing their brand to consumers and businesses without the expenses associated with direct issuing. Once the contract is finalized with the sales team, the Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for overseeing quality implementation and providing program support for their assigned clients. This role involves coordinating with relevant teams to ensure a successful launch and educating clients on program operations. Additionally, the Client Relationship Specialist works to develop a deep understanding of the client's program objectives, supports portfolio growth, and helps minimize program attrition.
