At Body Moksha Physical Therapy , we’re expanding and looking for a relationship-based Sales Specialist to support prospective patients, many of whom are navigating complex, vulnerable health concerns like chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction , or life-disrupting injuries. Our clients don’t need a sales pitch. They need a real person to listen, understand, and guide them toward healing. You're not just great on the phone — you're someone who gets people. You build trust quickly, love learning, and want to be part of a mission-driven team. You’ll often be the first point of human connection , and the first person who makes a new patient feel heard, safe, and hopeful.

Requirements

  • Confident with Google Sheets, CRMs, phone systems like RingCentral
  • Are a warm communicator with high emotional intelligence
  • Have experience (or a strong ability) to hold sensitive conversations with care and professionalism
  • Have 1+ year of sales or phone-based appointment setting (B2C preferred)
  • Thrive in both remote and in-person engagement at community workshops/events
  • Can clearly and compassionately communicate the value of investing in premium care outside of traditional insurance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple platforms
  • Emotionally intuitive and clear when speaking with clients
  • A believer in the power of physical therapy and want to help people access the care they deserve
  • A fast learner who welcomes feedback and coaching
  • You have 1+ years of experience in inside sales or phone-based appointment setting
  • coachable, compassionate, and committed to growing in this role

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm leads from channels like Google/Facebook ads, our website, referrals, workshops, and social media
  • Connect via phone, text, and email to build trust and book appointments
  • Attend local workshops and community events and help connect the right people to our services
  • Guide conversations that uncover both physical symptoms and emotional pain points
  • Track and manage leads in Google Sheets and GHL CRM — no one falls through the cracks
  • Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions that reveal a patient’s real goals and fears
  • Confidently guide patients through the decision to choose cash-based care
  • Coordinate closely with our clinical team to align care with patient goals
  • Contribute to refining systems and improving patient communication strategies
  • Book 50+ qualified appointments/month
