Our Single-Family Seller Engagement Relationship Managers are trusted advisors for both internal and external clients, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. As a tactical expert, you will provide hands-on support, resolve issues, monitor contracts and manage routine processes to keep operations running smoothly. The CRM will also be instrumental as a relationship architect – building lasting partnerships with sellers, internal teams and leadership, driving the success of our Account Executives and their designated region/POD by driving tool adoption and executing on strategic plans – ultimately, impacting client happiness and increased sales to Freddie Mac.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in the primary/secondary mortgage market or equivalent GSE roles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience is a plus
