About the position

The Client Relationship Manager at Clean Uniforms and More! is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure the effective delivery of products and services to clients. This role involves developing work procedures, managing team expectations, and fostering growth among team members while also engaging in business development activities to attract new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise and evaluate the activities of Client Service Representatives (CSRs).
  • Implement and maintain the Company's CSR Job Accountabilities with a defined group of Clean Service Team members.
  • Work closely with Clean's President to develop work procedures for the Company's Service Department.
  • Manage CSR expectations and monitor delegated activities.
  • Call on prospective clients to solicit new business.
  • Organize a minimum of 4 in-field days with scheduled client visitations each week.
  • Submit a two-week planner to the President every Friday.
  • Discipline Team members and provide route coverage during CSR absences.
  • Inspire and motivate Team members to perform well and provide recognition for results.
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities and continually develop personal skills.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Experience in Sales is preferred.
