About The Position
Lawn Doctor of Chardon is hiring a full-time Client Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role supports daily office operations, customer scheduling, and long-term relationship building within our locally owned Lawn Doctor franchise.
Requirements
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Office, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Schedule lawn care services and manage customer information
- Explain Lawn Doctor programs, services, and recommendations
- Follow up with customers and inbound leads
- Support technicians and office operations
