About The Position

In this role, you will manage all aspects of specific sponsored plans, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, and contribute to increased profitability. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations and timely service delivery while championing access to financial opportunities for both individuals and communities. By actively supporting and collaborating with internal and external teams, you will help enrich service offerings and improve efficiency, all while working in a dynamic remote environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong customer service experience and skills
- Experience managing sensitive and key clients
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of periodic processing events
- Apply operational best practices to meet specific client needs
- Enhance service delivery while managing risk and improving quality
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external support teams
- Participate actively in sponsor calls and meetings
- Support on-site sales opportunities
