We are adding a Client Relationship Manager to the team -- an experienced CPA to manage a book of Redpath client relationships with responsibility for product delivery, client satisfaction and retention. Requirements

  • Active CPA license
  • 7+ years of accounting, tax or management consulting experience for commercial clients
  • Excellent planning, decision making and project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects
  • Compliance experience
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client engagements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for selected clients
  • Manage client work, timelines and project budgets
  • Establish/maintain and deepen current relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities for new engagements with existing clients
  • Gain understanding of client’s business and industry
  • Proactively manage client expectations
  • Provide technical guidance
  • Interface with audit and tax departments to deliver value driven solutions
  • Identify, understand and solve issues for clients
