About The Position

The Client Relationship Manager is a key member of the Indigo Wealth Partners team, responsible for building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients. This role ensures clients receive exceptional service, supports financial advisors in delivering comprehensive financial solutions, and contributes to the overall growth and success of the practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years in client service, relationship management, or a related role within financial services or a professional services environment.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Series 6/7 and Series 63/65/66 licenses preferred but not required (may be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and personalized service.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients through regular check-ins and updates.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including gathering required documentation and explaining procedures.
  • Coordinate with advisors and paraplanners to ensure smooth transitions and accurate account setup.
  • Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for additional services or follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting client events, seminars, and educational sessions.
  • Support client retention efforts by maintaining accurate records and tracking client interactions.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems and compliance databases.
  • Process client requests, paperwork, and account changes as needed.
  • Collect and maintain accurate client data for financial planning purposes, including new and updated information.
  • Ensure timely updates to internal systems and client records to support compliance and planning accuracy.
  • Coordinate with team members to communicate changes and integrate updated information into financial strategies.
  • Maintain organized documentation and workflows to ensure efficient client service and operational consistency.
  • Work closely with advisors, paraplanners, and office staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and service enhancements.
  • Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with Ameriprise Financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
