About The Position

As a member of the North America Sales Team, the Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction and retention. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction and managing commercial opportunities within the client base. The position is quota-carrying, which means that the Client Relationship Manager will be expected to meet specific sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced client service approach, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and decision-makers both within Linedata and among the assigned clients. The primary responsibilities include building strong and positive relationships with business owners, C-level executives, project sponsors, stakeholders, and influencers to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and referenceability. The Client Relationship Manager will proactively identify client needs and uncover additional business and revenue opportunities using a consultative approach. This role also involves managing the full sales cycle, which includes developing, advancing, and closing sales opportunities and software agreements. Additionally, the Client Relationship Manager will need to understand key initiatives at assigned client organizations, leveraging that knowledge into business opportunities for Linedata. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the manager will handle all operational, commercial, contractual, and service-related deliverables, excluding day-to-day support. The role requires the development and execution of action-oriented tactical and strategic account plans for each client, assessing customer satisfaction and the value proposition achieved within the client base based on the products and services retained. Furthermore, the manager will actively contribute to knowledge sharing within Linedata regarding client needs, trends, and industry experiences to support the advancement of Linedata's suite of products and services.
