About The Position

Responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship for assigned clients.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recent experience as a Client Services Manager with financial institutions, including credit unions.
  • 1-3 years of recent experience supporting products such as: Wealth Management, Retirement, Decision Solutions or Bill Pay.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule on occasion.
  • Ability to listen and escalate concerns of clients with regard to current products/services.
  • Excellent knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations or data to understand the client’s business.
  • Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • In depth knowledge of credit unions.
  • In depth knowledge of Wealth and Retirement industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact and client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT solution or a business process outsourced solution and regardless of the client’s geographic location.
  • Work to maintain and grow the client relationship while ensuring ongoing client service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel for opportunities of new FIS products or services.
  • Coordinate with the delivery organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services.
  • Manage operational aspects of projects and responsible for oversight of vendors and subcontractors, as appropriate.
  • Identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, oversee the implementation of the change and measures the level of improvement.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
