The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) role is focused on managing client relationships, ensuring high service quality, and driving team performance to meet company objectives. The CRM acts as the 'Voice of the Client', overseeing a team dedicated to exceptional service, developing a client relationship program with key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance IT procurement offerings.

  • Supervise and mentor a team responsible for providing exceptional services to clients.
  • Develop, train, and manage a client relationship program with KPIs.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the GRIT team on unresolved or urgent issues.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and service offerings of the company.
  • Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and pricing negotiations.
  • Apply an understanding of GRIT services to address complex IT service opportunities.
  • Work with Solution Architects and Account Managers to achieve company growth expectations.
  • Provide accurate insights into financial results and sales forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales activities.
  • Experience in the IT services industry with corresponding technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrable business development experience with a record of meeting quotas.
  • Strong financial business math skills, including margin calculations.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
