About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to manage client interactions, provide support to account teams, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will track client requests, communicate updates, and assist in service delivery initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting government contracting or defense clients.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding and engagement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and track client deliverables.
  • Support onboarding and client engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership.
  • Assist with internal team coordination and account support.
  • Generate client reports and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with client services, operations, and sales teams.
  • Support leadership in process improvement initiatives and client programs.
