As a Client Relationship Consultant II , you’ll play a key role in supporting clients through meaningful financial conversations and exceptional service. You’ll help guide individuals and families toward the products, tools, and support they need while contributing to the daily success of the branch. Your work strengthens client relationships and helps create a welcoming, trusted banking experience. In this role you'll Provide an exceptional sales and service experience while supporting daily branch operations. Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new team members as they build confidence in their roles. Develop relationships with clients and community partners to build a strong consumer lending pipeline. Participate in outbound calls and joint client appointments with the Branch Manager and business partners. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend banking products, services, and digital tools. Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and refer clients to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services. Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Balance your cash drawer with accuracy in currency and coin handling. Communicate proactively with clients to educate, resolve issues, and strengthen loyalty. Hold scheduled and walk‑in appointments to uncover needs and provide tailored solutions. Open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve account‑related issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Support lending activities by answering client questions, completing loan applications, and preparing documentation.
