About The Position

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will partner closely with our Sales team and Broker partners to: Deliver upon a strategic relationship plan that includes quarterly/annual goals Provide expert renewal analysis Deliver outstanding service and selling of new lines of business This opportunity plays a meaningful role in delivering profitable revenue growth of an assigned block of in-force group business by developing and implementing customized strategies. This will be done through strategy discussions with the sales representatives and brokers. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 4+ years related experience (group benefits and/or account management experience preferred).
  • Life and Health Insurance Licenses required for all states in which business will be conducted or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required. Active life/health license preferred.
  • Must have excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, and oral/written communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
  • Advanced math skills required with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.
  • Maintain accuracy while being detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Occasional travel required, including overnight stays for face-to-face interaction with customers and brokers.
  • As a required part of the role, candidate must be able to provide personal transportation to business related events.
