About The Position

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, appointments, and virtual interactions. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional counsel to clients, adapting to a digital-first mindset to meet their banking needs effectively. In this position, you will engage with clients to assess their banking needs, process customer and account information, and educate them on our deposit and loan products and services. You will be responsible for recommending tailored solutions that align with each client's unique goals and financial aspirations. Building strong client relationships is essential, and you will achieve this through proactive outreach, follow-up, and by asking insightful questions to understand their preferences and needs better. You will also maintain a comprehensive understanding of our consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings, to ensure you provide a consistent and optimal client experience. This includes greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and collaborating with branch team members to serve our clients effectively. Additionally, you will open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Your role will involve educating clients about emerging digital products and services, leveraging available resources and technologies to enhance the client experience while ensuring operational excellence and accuracy. This position requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record is crucial for continued employment in this role.
