About The Position

The Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) at U.S. Bank is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through various channels, including in-person and virtual interactions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically has a minimum of four to five years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
  • Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customers' needs.

Responsibilities
