Client Relationship Consultants at U.S. Bank build relationships with customers through various channels, including in-person, by appointment, and virtually, with a digital-first mindset. Their role involves providing financial counsel, assessing and addressing banking needs, processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions tailored to individual customer goals. They are expected to proactively engage clients, identify solutions, maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products (including digital services), provide an optimal client experience, collaborate with team members, open new accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on self-service digital products. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration, which includes criminal background and credit checks, and failure to meet these requirements may lead to offer rescission or termination.
