At U.S. Bank, Client Relationship Consultants are tasked with building and fostering relationships with customers through various channels, including in-person, by appointment, and virtually, while adopting a digital-first mindset. The role involves providing counsel, assessing banking needs, processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions tailored to individual customer goals. Consultants are expected to proactively engage with clients, maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products (including digital services), provide an optimal client experience, collaborate with team members, open new accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on self-service digital tools. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration, which includes criminal background and credit checks.
