Client Relationship Consultants at U.S. Bank build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide optimal counsel with a digital-first mindset. This role involves assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. Consultants are expected to proactively build and foster client relationships, identify solutions, maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products (including digital services), provide a consistent client experience, process basic transactions, develop collaborative partnerships, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on self-service digital products. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of the offer or termination of employment.
