As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our clients through various channels, including in-person interactions, appointments, and virtual engagements. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional counsel to clients, adapting to a digital-first mindset to meet their banking needs effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing customers' banking needs, processing customer and account information, and educating clients on our deposit and loan products and services. You will recommend tailored solutions based on each client's unique goals and financial circumstances. Building strong client relationships will require proactive outreach and follow-up, where you will ask insightful questions to understand their financial needs and preferences for banking channels. You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of both consumer and business banking products, including our digital offerings, to ensure a consistent and optimal client experience. This includes greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and collaborating with branch team members to serve clients effectively. Additionally, you will open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Proactively educating clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies will be essential in helping them meet their financial needs. This role requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008, which includes a criminal background and credit check as part of the registration process.
