As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our clients through various channels, including in-person interactions, scheduled appointments, and virtual engagements. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional counsel to our clients, adapting to a digital-first mindset to meet their banking needs effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing customers' banking requirements, processing customer and account information, and educating clients about our deposit and loan products and services. You will recommend tailored solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs, ensuring a strong foundation of trust and understanding. Proactive outreach and follow-up will be essential in identifying solutions for both new and existing clients, allowing you to engage and communicate effectively with them. You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings, to provide a consistent and optimal client experience. This includes greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and developing collaborative partnerships with branch team members to serve our clients best. Additionally, you will open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educating clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies will also be a key aspect of your role, as you leverage available resources to enhance the client experience and ensure operational excellence. This position requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record is essential for continued employment in this role.
