About The Position

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our clients through various channels, including in-person interactions, appointments, and virtual engagements. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional counsel to clients, adapting to a digital-first mindset to meet their banking needs effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing customers' banking needs, processing customer and account information, and educating clients about our deposit and loan products and services. You will recommend tailored solutions based on each customer's unique goals and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. Proactive outreach and follow-up will be essential in fostering strong client relationships, as you will ask insightful questions to understand their financial needs and banking channel preferences. You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of both consumer and business banking products, including our digital offerings, to provide a consistent and optimal client experience. This includes greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and collaborating with branch team members to serve clients effectively. Additionally, you will open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educating clients on emerging digital products and services will also be a key aspect of your role, as you leverage available resources and technologies to enhance the client experience and ensure operational excellence. This position requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record is crucial for continued employment in this role.
