About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective communication skills in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with lenders and clients.
• Basic math skills for financial calculations.
• Ability to promote the sale of products and services through verbal recommendations.
• Flexibility in a changing work environment.
• Ability to analyze business and personal financial statements and tax returns.
• Understanding of bank lending policy and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open Consumer and Commercial deposit accounts for existing clients and prospects.
• Provide outstanding service and problem-solving skills to satisfy client needs, both in person and via telephone.
• Process transactions efficiently while following bank policies and procedures.
• Collect necessary supporting documentation for both Commercial and Consumer Loans and Deposit products.
• Analyze financial reports/documents from clients to comply with loan policies and procedures.
• Communicate the bank's Consumer, Commercial, Merchant Bankcard, Cash Management, and Mortgage products effectively.
• Meet assigned sales goals by selling various banking products and services.
• Lead the branch team in sales and service promotions.
• Coach, educate, and mentor CSR staff for improved sales performance.
• Process, record, track, and verify various reports and forms accurately.
• Participate in community events to promote Riverview Bank's values and services.
