About The Position

We are looking for an exceptional Client Relationship Associate to support enterprise client relationships and provide white-glove service experiences in our fastest-growing segment, TEAM Private Family Services. This individual will be a trusted partner to a highly effective team of Client Relationship Managers who serve as the primary points of contact for ultra-high-net-worth advisors, their clients, and employees. This individual will directly support all aspects of the client lifecycle. Client Relationship Associates report directly to the Private Family Services Manager. In addition to invaluable hands-on experience serving a sophisticated client base and scaling a rapidly growing business, this role offers deep experience across a wide variety of functions, which would pave the way for future growth in client success, as well as offering hands-on experience scaling operations, sales, and human resources.

Requirements

  • Manages multiple projects and processes efficiently and autonomously and executes with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills; Effectively relays information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Fanatical client service orientation; Demonstrates accountability by taking complete ownership of assigned tasks and recognizing the impact on clients and employee relationships.
  • Solves problems creatively with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting Client Relationship Managers to drive exceptional client and employee NPS as well as expansion growth targets.
  • Assist with all aspects of the account and employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Consult and work flexibly with internal teams to solve problems and deliver solutions for clients and employees.
  • Navigate service or employment-related questions and issues and drive successful, client-centric resolutions.
  • Create and maintain workflow documentation for the Private Family Services department.
  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely and solutions-based manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of key business and department objectives.
