About The Position

In this role, you will connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with their account-related needs. At Vanguard, we believe in supporting our “crew” personally through all life stages. Total potential compensation for this role is between $65,900 - 69,400 ($48,750 - 52,000 base salary based on licenses held plus up to a one-time $12,500 bonus, additional hourly pay, and eligible promotional bonuses) within your first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance standards.
