About The Position

The Client Relationship Analyst plays a crucial role in modernizing the client experience by providing exceptional service and support to clients. This position focuses on understanding clients' investment objectives and assisting Financial Advisors in managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with firm policies, and enhancing client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent diploma.
  • Industry experience is a plus.
  • Native or professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
  • Experience with BSA/AML Regulations within the financial services industry preferred.
  • Experience examining potential clients' source of wealth during onboarding preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 7 (GS), and Series 66.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors with new account requirements and remediations.
  • Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing client requests.
  • Identify and assist with firm services and solutions that support clients' needs, including banking products and digital offerings.
  • Prepare performance reports and other data for clients, including account performance and investment portfolio holdings.
  • Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
  • Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting information and processing transactions.
  • Review and take appropriate action on client account alerts.
  • Organize and arrange client/prospect data, preparing financial plans and reports for meetings.
  • Assist in designing and producing strategy reports and communications for Financial Advisors.
  • Engage in training and education programs to stay current on policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors.
  • Participate in firm initiatives directed by local management.
