About The Position
We are a commercial janitorial company seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is essential for servicing and retaining our customers and contractors in the Kansas City metro area. The ideal candidate will work closely with a manager to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance retention rates, and contribute to the overall health and growth of our business. The role requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting with customers to resolve any issues they may have, responding promptly and professionally to all customer requests, and conducting thorough on-site inspections to ensure our work meets company standards. You will also be involved in onboarding new contractors and managing changes between job assignments. Following our business model, including all systems, protocols, and procedures, is crucial. Additionally, you will need to document detailed and accurate customer information in our CRM system and offer additional services to existing customers to improve their satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned as demands change, making flexibility and adaptability key traits for success in this role.
