Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client relations role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients
  • Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems to maintain accurate client records

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is a plus, as the role may involve upselling or cross-selling products or services
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as the role may require communicating with multilingual clients

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through data entry and CRM systems
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients
