About the position

The Client Relations Specialist at Denise Ibsen Farmers Insurance Agency is responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term loyalty to the agency. This role emphasizes customer service excellence, problem-solving, and effective communication, while also providing opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and competitive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive mindset while interacting with customers, both internal and external, even under stressful situations.
• Respond to all client inquiries within one business day.
• Acquire 20 positive online reviews or 20 referrals per month.
• Assist clients with adding coverage, identifying gaps in coverage, and processing policy changes.
• Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to clients, as well as text and email correspondence.
• Document all activity and maintain a database of current customers.
• Have fun while being part of a competitive team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
• Must either possess or be able to obtain California Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Accident Insurance Licenses within the first 60 days of employment.
• Must be coachable.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Ability to follow processes and prioritize multiple tasks with divergent needs.
• Must possess typing, computer, and customer service skills.
