About The Position

The Client Relations Specialist at PAD Specialists plays a vital role in expanding the clinic's network and ensuring the growth of medical services through strategic relationship building and referral management. This position involves significant travel to various healthcare facilities in the Arlington, TX area, with a focus on developing new referral sources and maintaining existing relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful referral networks.
  • Existing knowledge of and relationships with local Wound Care Doctors and Podiatrists are a big plus.
  • Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind, anticipate and preempt problems.
  • Spirit of continuous improvement -- strive to grow, improve, and learn both professionally and personally.

  • Experience in healthcare marketing (preferred).
  • Existing relationships with local healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new referral sources.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential referral partners and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
  • Present and promote our medical services to potential referral sources through in-person visits, presentations, and networking events.
  • Obtain and manage referrals from existing and new sources.
  • Ensure a seamless referral process by coordinating with clinical and administrative staff.
  • Monitor referral patterns and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on referral activities and outcomes to the Director of Business Development.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities to enhance our presence and reputation.
