About The Position
As the Client Relations Manager at Voyant Photonics, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage—from onboarding to product delivery and ongoing support. Your role is essential in delivering a seamless client experience by understanding their needs, proactively addressing challenges, and fostering long-term partnerships. Working closely with internal teams, you will help align client expectations with Voyant’s technology and business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and business growth, making this role critical to both our customers' success and Voyant’s continued expansion. You will collaborate with the Business Development team to align client needs with Voyant’s strategic growth initiatives. This role will partner with the Leadership team to shape client-facing strategies and ensure a customer-centric approach, and work closely with the Engineering team to guarantee that product specifications and functionality not only meet but exceed client expectations.
