About The Position

Clean Response is the Twin Cities’ premier independently owned emergency water restoration company, proudly serving the Commercial and Multi-Family industries for over 25 years. Clean Response specializes in comprehensive solutions for property damage caused by water and fire. With a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relations Manager to join our team. We have a strong-growing business established in the greater Fargo area and this role will be a critical strategic growth driver for the company. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Fargo General Manager. This position will initially be an in-office role for the first 6-8 months. After that the candidate will have the option for a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in restoration or related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new client relationships leading to new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Approximately 50% of the time is expected to be spent conducting on-site client visits within the Fargo/Moorhead area.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Commercial or Multi-Family property management is a plus.
  • Experience in event marketing and tradeshow coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our water restoration services. Conduct regular on-site visits to clients, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing concerns and maintaining a strong client rapport.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients. Collaborate with existing teams to explore potential leads and develop them into long-term clients. Complete presentations/meetings with prospective clients.
  • Event Marketing: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute event marketing strategies at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events. Represent Clean Response at events, engaging with potential clients and promoting our emergency restoration services.
  • Customer Service Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for a select number of strategic clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Work closely with the operations team to coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of restoration services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and business development activities for the marketing department. Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
