Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a strong customer service mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable, able to multitask, shift priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of health & welfare employee benefits and ACA requirements, proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel required), and experience with Zywave products such as BrokerageBuilder preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end employee benefits administration for clients, including placements, eligibility processing with carriers, onboarding/offboarding support, and resolution of in‑force service issues
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and high‑touch client service, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and advocacy while building strong internal and external client relationships
  • Ensure operational excellence and data integrity by tracking requests to completion, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing activities within the agency management system
