Client Relations Associate Position Overview The Client Relations Associate plays a key role in supporting Monetary Metals’ clients through every stage of the account lifecycle. This position focuses on ensuring exceptional service for both new and existing clients by facilitating onboarding, account funding, and ongoing account management. The Associate works closely with the Client Relations Manager, Relationship Managers, and other internal departments to deliver a seamless and professional client experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Key Objectives Support clients through the onboarding and funding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Manage client inquiries, account updates, and service requests efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of account-related transactions and documentation. Maintain accurate and organized client records across internal systems. Proactively contribute to improving client service workflows and operational efficiency.
