Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Admin Assistant to join our team! In this essential role, you’ll help jump-start our processes and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, making a direct impact on our ability to serve clients with excellence. Requirements

  • High school diploma or some college
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Aptitude for learning new software
  • 2+ years in an administrative role
  • Experience supporting external clients and working with vendors
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors while managing communications via phone, email, and fax.
  • Handle daily tasks such as updating client information, processing invoices and payments, and filing documents digitally.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly fuel tax processing, prepare USDOT updates, and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, following up on various processes and responses.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training.
