The Client Records Supervisor is appointed by the Director of Quality Assurance. The position is responsible for supervising the staff of the Client Record Department and to direct operation of the department to ensure continuity of services. Additional duties include but are not limited to acting as DSSLC CARE Coordinator and providing needed liaison activities with State Office Personnel as required. The position will abide by all DSSLC policies and procedures as well as maintain an effective, harmonious working relationship with all staff, families, and individuals.
