Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with clients nationwide
  • Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
  • Clearly explain coverage details and answer client questions
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records
  • Deliver consistent follow-up and strong customer service
  • Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions
  • Build lasting client relationships that support long-term success
