About The Position

Episode Six is a global provider of API-based payment processing and wallet management infrastructure, headquartered in Austin with offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Brisbane, and London. We are looking to add a Client Project Manager with payments experience to our Project Management Team. This role involves leading teams in a dynamic environment, taking full responsibility for the project lifecycle, and ensuring the successful completion of client-facing projects. The Client Project Manager will manage risks, maintain project plans, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Project Management experience with 5 years in the FinTech ecosystem.
  • Experience in Cards, Payments, or scheme.
  • Experience managing clients, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across geographic time zones.
  • Experience in an Agile-based environment within a multistakeholder context.
  • Demonstrated history of working cross-functionally.
  • Significant project management capability with evidence of high-level knowledge and techniques.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Firm and empathetic stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial and risk acuity with the ability to manage risks and commercial exposure.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple project work streams within budget and timeframe constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage projects and tasks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards within time and cost constraints.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor and manage dependencies, taking advantage of opportunities for economies of scale.
  • Ensure project delivery and reporting is compliant with corporate requirements.
  • Manage handover to support, including operational impact assessments and transition plans.
  • Responsible for change control management and adherence to process.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
  • Perform risk management to mitigate or eliminate project risks.
  • Perform other duties associated with client activities and related tasks.
