As a Client Program Manager at Fiserv, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. You will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization. You will be involved in all project intake and client prioritization, understanding the business objectives and measures of success, leading the compilation of project requirements and integrated project plans, and acting as a liaison between clients and Fiserv teams to support client initiatives. Additionally, you will manage and oversee a client portfolio of projects to ensure successful delivery and partner closely with product and technology to support cross-client initiatives as the platform changes.
