Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
  • Currently pursuing any relevant degree to this job.
  • Basic understanding of Operating Systems
  • Fundamental knowledge of Computer Science and Systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • High level of customer service with a “can do” attitude

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team members to help accomplish day to day tasks and contribute to long term projects.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
  • Work with a global team and be collaborative.
  • Build automation to accomplish goals while reducing labor.
  • Work with data to enable you to be data driven and data enabled.
  • Write technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Work on our code as infrastructure flows with GitOps.
  • Basic System Administration of macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android and MDM tools
  • Work with support teams as an engineering escalation point.
