About The Position

NewtonX is looking to hire its next Client Partnership Associate to support our rapid growth. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for growing client partnerships and an interest in the market research industry. The Client Partnerships team at NewtonX works with world-class companies and clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as top tech and management consulting companies, to understand their needs and deliver high impact research projects to help them uncover insights that answer their toughest business questions. The Client Partnership Associate plays an important dual role in supporting proposal development for enterprise clients while also directly managing relationships with our small and medium sized clients. Ultimately, you will be driving a critical component of the company; helping to get our services into the hands of clients. From here you’ll have the opportunity to progress quickly as a core member of the NewtonX Client Operations team.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree or greater in relevant field of study
  • 0 - 2 years of professional work experience

Responsibilities

  • Structure and provide quotes for contracts and projects from $10K to $500K+ by utilizing NewtonX technology to turn client request for quotes (RFQs) into actionable project plans
  • Dynamically price projects based on client requests
  • Develop strong client relationships (from VPs to manager level) with your own territory of small and medium-sized accounts to ensure continued engagement, success, and retention
  • Create and execute territory growth strategies that include robust prospecting approaches to expand relationships
  • Understand client needs/challenges, be the client advocate and help solve problems for clients
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities in existing client relationships
  • Help to design, improve processes & tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership to forecast, maintain KPIs, and support relationship management, and with Client Delivery to plan and kick off research engagements
