About The Position

We are looking for a Client Partner to help lead our Technology & Media vertical clients. The Client Partner role will represent Brainlabs as a ‘window’ through which excellent media solutions are delivered to clients. You run client account(s) through brilliant integrated planning and flawless execution. You are the orchestrator of integrated media solutions, identifying growth opportunities for clients’ businesses, and integrated current & future services to deliver on that growth.

Requirements

  • Is an expert in the Technology & Media category, with experience building integrated media solutions that deliver growth, and an existing portfolio of clients with trusted advisor relationships
  • Has 10+ years experience in delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical specialization
  • Has proven client leadership skills and has been a trusted advisor to a number of clients
  • Is comfortable presenting strategy, performance insights, audience approach, and executive updates to CMOs & revenue leaders
  • Has applied knowledge of media & marketing effectiveness & how it links directly to business growth & financial success for clients
  • Comes from an integrated media planning background, & is comfortable translating business challenges into media plans
  • Understands end-to-end workings of a full service media agency

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand clients’ business and goals, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Have well rounded knowledge of digital buying environments and multi-channel marketing to create impactful integrated media strategies
  • Oversee high-level communications and strategic planning efforts, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with and exceeding performance goals
  • Lead the design & execution of full-funnel media plans, aligning media strategies with vision and objectives
  • Partner with clients to guide media investments and priorities, supporting business growth and facilitating marketing transformations
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining project execution and delivery of client objectives
  • Be data-driven, continually seeking to understand how data is leveraged for reporting, defining/defending strategies, and uncovering new opportunities
  • Deliver impactful presentations that showcase thought leadership and industry & media expertise
