About The Position

This role is a senior, customer-facing position focused on accelerating the adoption of real-world evidence solutions across the biopharma ecosystem. You will work closely with strategic accounts to align evidence generation needs with advanced data, analytics, and platform capabilities. Operating in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will partner with internal teams to shape complex, consultative sales strategies that address regulatory, market access, and outcomes research objectives. The position offers broad exposure to senior decision-makers and cutting-edge evidence use cases across the product lifecycle. With a strong emphasis on growth, relationship building, and thought leadership, this role directly impacts how real-world data informs healthcare decisions. It is well suited for a commercially driven professional who combines deep RWE expertise with strategic account management skills.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of successful sales experience in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or data-driven solutions, with strong preference for RWE, HEOR, or analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of real-world data sources, evidence generation methodologies, and their application across the product lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving scientific, commercial, and data stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success selling to senior biopharma decision-makers at Director, VP, or C-suite level
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear value propositions
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecast revenue
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory guidance and payer evidence expectations related to real-world evidence
  • Collaborative mindset with comfort working across multidisciplinary teams in a mission-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth within biopharma and life sciences accounts by positioning real-world evidence solutions that support regulatory, market access, HEOR, and clinical development needs
  • Partner closely with Client Partners on co-selling, account planning, and alignment of evidence strategies across key customers
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and deal closure
  • Engage senior stakeholders, including leaders in RWE, HEOR, Market Access, and Clinical Development, through compelling presentations, demonstrations, and business cases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, science, marketing, and analytics teams to develop tailored solution proposals aligned with client evidence frameworks and regulatory expectations
  • Maintain strong market expertise by staying current on RWE trends, regulatory guidance, and competitive dynamics
  • Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting within CRM systems
  • Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across assigned territories and existing accounts
