About The Position

As a Client Partner at Slalom Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving business strategies and developing strong relationships with both existing and new clients. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who can manage a portfolio valued between $2.5M and $5M, ensuring client satisfaction across multiple engagements. You will be responsible for orchestrating and leading pursuit teams to address complex business challenges, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your leadership will extend to managing project teams, consultants, and providing internal updates on account activities, ensuring that all projects align with client expectations and company standards. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in client relationship management, having spent at least 8 years in team management within an IT service or consulting environment. You will be expected to navigate large enterprise organizations effectively, managing transformational programs that integrate people, processes, and technology. Your proven track record in achieving revenue and sales goals will be crucial, as will your ability to manage the performance of individual consultants, whether as direct reports or as part of project teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. A constant learner mentality is essential, as is the ability to maintain active industry relationships within the Louisville area. This position not only requires strategic thinking and leadership but also a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that aligns with Slalom's values.
