Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
  • 5+ years' experience selling to Enterprise clients (3K+ employees) (Required)
  • 7-10 years of business sales experience with a successful track record of acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; 5 years in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Required)
  • Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively at an Enterprise level (Required)
  • Demonstration of contribution to account planning and execution of those plans' efforts (Required)
  • Effective at leading account relationships and financial outcomes (Required)
  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure high satisfaction and increase revenues (Required)
  • Ability to assess potential customers to determine fit for products or services (Required)
  • Demonstration of the ability to identify and build new business opportunities (Required)
  • Confidently handles sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required)
  • Ability to effectively connect with client leaders of all levels (Required)
  • Strong networking skills and track record of leveraging connections (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Craft tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client within an assigned portfolio.
  • Curate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within each client, including C-level executives.
  • Generate and close new sales opportunities within the assigned account base, including existing and new clients.
  • Lead a world-class, differentiated experience that T-Mobile clients will want to continue their growth with.
  • Position T-Mobile's product capabilities to potential and existing clients that align with their business goals.
  • Handle complex contract negotiations and close large, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
