About The Position

Overview Blend360 is seeking a senior Client Partner to lead one of our most strategic, multi-year AI transformation engagements. The client is a global investment and wealth management leader entering a defining phase of its digital and AI transformation. With a clear mandate to modernize data infrastructure, reimagine client and advisor experiences, and unlock new sources of growth through applied intelligence, the firm is evolving from traditional asset management toward a more connected, insight-driven enterprise. As experimentation gives way to scaled adoption, the Client Partner will serve as a strategic advisor—shaping vision, aligning senior stakeholders, and orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver transformative, AI-powered business outcomes. The Client Partner will act as the CEO of the account – responsible for overall client success, strategic growth, and profitability. You’ll work directly with the Chief AI Officer, C-suite leaders, and innovation teams, leading a global delivery organization of approximately 40 professionals. You will partner with Blend’s Head of Financial Services and with the Delivery Lead for the account. This is a highly visible, board-level engagement with significant growth potential and long-term impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in client-facing leadership roles in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation firms.
  • Proven success leading $10M+ strategic accounts involving complex, multi-stakeholder AI or transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging AI technologies into tangible business outcomes.
  • Combination of consulting and client-side experience – able to empathize with enterprise pressures while driving measurable results.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial fluency in managing P&L, deal economics, and account forecasts.
  • Strategic thinker who balances delivery excellence, growth, and innovation.
  • Skilled in stakeholder alignment, change management, and enterprise relationship building.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI, technology, and business transformation.

  • Experience within financial services, asset and wealth management, or innovation-led enterprises preferred.
  • Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of the investment management ecosystem—from research and portfolio construction to distribution, marketing, and client experience—and how technology and AI are reshaping each link in the value chain.

  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of governance, compliance, and explainability requirements in regulated financial environments.
  • Market Perspective: Informed view of how leading global asset managers and fintech disruptors are deploying AI to differentiate, scale, and deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership Serve as the overall executive owner for the engagement – accountable for the client’s success, satisfaction, and Blend360’s P&L. Partner directly with the Chief AI Officer and senior business leaders to align on AI transformation goals, milestones, and outcomes. Translate the client’s AI strategy into actionable delivery roadmaps spanning applications, intelligent agents, and automation. Lead multi-year account planning and expansion across innovation, ventures, and portfolio entities.
  • Financial and Commercial Ownership Own the commercial structure, profitability, and growth targets for the engagement. Drive disciplined financial management – pipeline health, deal economics, renewals, and revenue recognition. Lead renewal and expansion discussions tied to AI initiatives and emerging innovation programs.
  • Executive Relationship Management Operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, connecting Blend360’s capabilities to strategic business priorities. Build and sustain C-level trust through strategic insight, transparent communication, and delivery excellence. Represent Blend360 at governance forums and steering committees, shaping the client’s enterprise AI agenda.
  • Delivery Oversight and Transformation Leadership Guide a globally distributed team of 40+ professionals delivering AI applications and agentic automation solutions. Ensure alignment between Blend360 delivery leads and the client’s AI and technology teams. Drive measurable business impact through delivery excellence, innovation velocity, and operational rigor. Maintain compliance and governance standards appropriate to a regulated financial environment.
  • Growth and Innovation Identify and pursue opportunities for Blend360 to expand its footprint across the client’s ecosystem – including innovation, venture, and portfolio organizations. Position Blend360 as a strategic partner in shaping the client’s enterprise AI transformation roadmap. Bring forward-thinking ideas that showcase Blend360’s leadership in applied AI, agentic automation, and intelligent applications.
