We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Partner to join our team. In this senior client-facing role, you’ll build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with our key clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, anticipating needs, and connecting them with our CEP offer. This is a relationship-led role that blends commercial acumen with an understanding of marketing and brand development and client needs. As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role and work closely with the Managing Director of North America to lead our Consulting division across the region, building an integrated offer that connects brand, business, and culture. This role is for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on organic growth and development. The role sits within our US team. You will be the client lead supporting the practitioner team on strategic projects for major clients across FMCG/CPG, Retail, Restaurants & Hospitality, Healthcare and Sport + Entertainment. You will be an active and engaged leader within either our New York, NY, Dayton, Ohio or Dallas, Texas offices, responsible for leading the client facing growth development of our top 10 clients. You should have a passion for growing existing and new client relationships, while also able to roll your sleeves up and deliver. There are also opportunities for line management of more junior team members.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of client-facing experience in a creative, branding, or marketing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of building and growing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand development, and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on account management.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and revenue targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing large or global brand accounts.
  • Background in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, or digital marketing.
  • Experience contributing to agency new business or pitching processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead contact for key client accounts, developing deep relationships built on trust and insight.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and industry landscapes to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with data, strategy, creative teams to translate client goals into effective brand and marketing solutions.
  • Support clients in long-term planning, helping them achieve their business, brand and marketing objectives through effective partnership.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships, driving account growth and profitability.
  • Develop strategic account plans and proposals that align to client needs and identify opportunities to expand accounts into other areas of our agency offer.
  • Work closely with new business teams to support pitches, presentations, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Monitor account performance, ensuring we continue to deliver measurable value.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded across all projects.
  • Guide and support project managers and [client managers] on client insight, communication, and delivery standards.
  • Foster collaboration between departments to maintain creative excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the agency’s strategic direction and reputation through thought leadership and client insight.
  • Oversee account budgets, forecasts, and profitability in partnership with project and finance teams.
  • Ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and commercial management of all work.
  • Provide regular performance reports and client updates to leadership.
